The Friendship Centers of Emmet County have an active fitness program available for seniors, and all classes are led by a qualified fitness instructor. Classes includefitball workouts, swimming, stretching and strengthening, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, walking, golfing, and more. Come join the fun!
